At Bagru Print Crafts, operated by Chandra Textiles, we are committed to delivering high-quality, authentic hand block printed textiles. This Refund & Return Policy explains the process for returns, refunds, and cancellations in compliance with Google Shopping India guidelines.

Return Window

• Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

Returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect product delivered.
• Product not matching the description or images on our website.
• Order cancellation before shipment is dispatched.

Note: Minor variations in color/print are natural in hand block printing and not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized, tailored, or pre-cut fabrics.
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale.
• Used or washed products.

Return & Refund Process

1. Contact us within 14 days via email or WhatsApp with order details & issue photos.
2. Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
3. Ship the product back (shipping cost borne by customer unless product is defective/incorrect).
4. Refund/replacement will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing, provided they are not shipped.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
